Gabel Center, a unique dual-diagnosis treatment facility located in Fort Myers Beach, Florida is seeking a full time outreach specialist/community liaison for the Northeast region of the US. This position involved on the ground outreach and marketing efforts to established referral connections, as well as the development and cultivation of new referral sources, after care connections and community partners. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-3 years of medical sales/outreach experience, preferably in mental health/substance abuse or pharmaceutical sales.

Outreach Specialist/ Community Liaison Northeast Region

Client Coordinator

The Gabel Center, a substance abuse treatment center in Fort Myers Beach, is seeking full time and part time Client Coordinators. Under direction of the assigned supervisor, Client Coordinators provide a variety of professional level duties and functions associated with the treatment of substance abuse (drugs and alcohol).

- Observe clients while at treatment center and assist other staff in a logistical capacity throughout the day
- Process new clients, issue recovery materials, provide orientation to the rules of facility and assist clients with daily activities, events and informational literature.
- Review files/records to insure accurate, updated documentation and provide written reports to program managers.
- Transport clients to appointments and other service locations outside of assigned program.
- Prepare and maintain statistical reports, case histories, maintain progress notes and document behavioral incidents through observation of clients and maintain confidential records. .
- Maintain security, order and discipline to prevent disturbances and insure the safety of clients, staff and community.
- Conduct and participate with training and staff development programs; assist in training and monitor staff facilitating groups.
-Assure for appropriate shift transition to include client count, equipment and keys, staffing and required documentation.
-Perform other job-related duties as assigned or required.

Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress required. Preference towards those with experience in health care or other human services industry. Clean background check and driving record required.

Part Time Admissions Representative

Gabel Center, a dual-diagnosis treatment facility located in Fort Myers Beach, seeks a part time admissions representative. The ideal candidate will have exemplary customer service skills and be able to work well with families in crisis. Some sales experience, preferably in a consultative environment, is also desired.

Job duties include, but are not limited to:

 

-Answering phone calls and online inquiries regarding Gabel Center programs during assigned shift

-Greeting guests and providing tours of Gabel Center facilities

-Greeting new clients and their families and assisting with admissions process

-Providing exemplary customer service

-Adhering to confidentiality and patients’ rights laws, and following company procedures

-Other duties as assigned

 

This is a part time position, with the opportunity for advancement in a growing company for the right candidate. Flexibility in work schedule is a must, with some night and weekend/holiday coverage required.
